About Us
Bison Witches Bar and Deli was founded in
Tucson, Arizona in January of 1995. Occupying 1400 sq. ft. at 326 N. 4th Avenue,
Bison Witches is a small neighborhood hangout that features gourmet deli
sandwiches, bread bowl soups, salads, appetizers, and a full service bar with
tableside service. Over the last ten years Bison Witches Tucson has grown from
its original 700 sq ft inside to 1400 sq ft today, plus an outdoor patio for
those who still like to smoke while they enjoy a great sandwich, cold beer or a
mixed drink from the bar.
Three other Bison Witches have opened over
the years in Norman, Oklahoma, Lincoln, Nebraska, and just recently in Tempe,
Arizona. Our sister store in Lawrence, Kansas operating as Quinton's Bar and
Deli is the original location from which Bison Witches was crafted from. Each
location has the same small bar feel with great food, a fun atmosphere and a
wait staff you'll want to take home with you.
A nontraditional bar without the traditional
"bar food". Five locations to date and more to come in the future. We encourage
