Had lunch at Bison Witches last week and it was great! This is the first time I had been there. I was surprised how many seats were available. I had teh chicken salad sandwich which was really good. I loved the bread!

Have been to the one in Lincoln several times. The food is delicious and the drinks are good, nice cold beer. Every time we've been there it's been very busy, or gotten that way shortly after we arrived. Unfortunately, they seem to be a bit understaffed during busy times and we ended up running after our own napkins when the food arrived and the waitress did not return with them quickly. It wasn't that big of a deal and the waitress was very apologetic, but it took a while to finally get our tab so we could square up and go. Luckily we had a little time to kill that night. In summary, enjoy the food and drink, but leave a little extra time for a possible minor delay to the rest of your evening.
